Thanks to Mar's support I kept on working on this book, despite the fact that it seemed it would never really end.  Mom and Dad, you were role models for my parenting so you are of course a part of this book.  My friends and family who provided feedback and editing assistance over the course of too many years ("You are still writing that same book?") were invaluable. Finally, thanks to my little girl for making a dream come true and then doubling the enjoyment by becoming my co-conspirator. Your creativity is still a bit astounding to me. The best part was developing the ideas together. I hope you had as much fun as I did. Thank you all, and I hope you enjoy the book.
